I got a new bed! Yay! It was just delivered and it is awesome. So looking forward to sleeping tonight. In fact, if I had a laptop or a tv in my room I would spend the rest of the day in bed. I guess I could read a book in there but I want to knit too and I've yet to figure out how to read and knit at the same time.
In the store, the new mattress did not seem to be thicker than what I had but now that it's arrived, I can tell it is. Lulu is having a hard time, even with her steps, getting on it and even though she's not supposed to jump off....well, we all know she is. Maybe this will break us both of the step habit once and for all. Also, I don't think my mattress pad (or sheets?!) are going to fit. Oh darn. I'll have to go shopping.
When we got our new mattress we couldn't get Flash to get off and go back to sleeping on his own bed for weeks. He decided if we got to enjoy the comforts of brand new back support he was joining the party too.

ReplyDeleteMay I ask what kind of mattress you got and is it the most wonderful for sleeping? Are you for soft or firm mattresses? I so need a new mattress, that's why I'm asking. So congratulations!
