yeah, it looks like they could have used better bacon and cooked it up til it was that crack apart crispy, then maybe just drizzled chocolate across it like they do when they stripe out a croissant. Now THAT would be to die for, in my book. I'm still waiting to do the candied bacon recipe that was in the paper. I think that has tremendous potential to clog my arteries.
OH my word. The thought never crossed my mind, but now that it's there, I can't get it out! Looks yummy!
